Dear Friends and Partners,

As we have been working towards a ministry filled summer, struggling with mechanical issues,
smoke filled air and bugs, it is often difficult to keep focused on our objectives…! In I Timothy 6:11,12
we read “…and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good
fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou are called, and hast professed a good profession
before many witnesses.” I find this passage is a great encouragement, and I trust it will bless you as
well.

This Saturday, we are planning a ‘Work Bee” at the Wilderness Ministries Bible Camp. There will be
all kinds of jobs to do and if the weather permits, we would like to put up the big tent for the camp
meeting services. All available helping hands are appreciated!
We have been privileged to host some Men’s Fishing Retreats and have more scheduled for this late
summer/fall. The fish have been very co-operative and the fellowship has been fantastic! Bookings
are coming in for next year, which we are thankful for.

Youth Camp has just concluded and was preceded by the Young Adults Camp, the weekend
prior. Attendance was good, the Word of God was proclaimed, and the enthusiasm carried over into
the wee hours of the mornings!

Now we are in preparation for the annual 10 Day Family Camp… an exciting 10 days of ministry for
families beginning on July 28 and going through August 6. Come and join us for anointed praise and
worship with Canada’s Double Portion, July 28 through the morning of August 5. There after it will be
led by a group of talented youth and young adults who will enthusiastically lead us in music as we
sing praises to our Lord and Saviour! July 29 & 30 Bob Russel will be sharing the truth of God’s Word
each morning at 10:30 and July 31 to August 6 we are again blessed to have Willard Hasmatali
expound the scriptures with us. You will not want to miss these two powerful Bible teachers! It gives
us great pleasure to welcome evangelist Lonnie Sims as our evening speaker this summer! Lonnie
will be speaking each evening at 7:30 p.m. July 28 to August 5 and Sunday, August 6, at 2:30 in the
afternoon. Please note that the last service is Sunday afternoon! July 29 to August 2, the children
will be blessed by the Szakacs Family as they are ministered to by this anointed family! August 3-6
Child Evangelism Fellowship – 5 Day Club – will send a missionary.

Bring a camper or a tent, there are many great sites in the campground with a picnic table and a fire
pit. (There are no electrical, water, or sewer hookups.) The Snack Shack will be available for Ice
Cream, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chips, Chocolate Bars, Pop, Pizza etc.

Campers cook for themselves, unless prior arrangements have been made to purchase meals at the
