Annual Fundraiser Banquet

Dessert & Silent Auction

Spring is on its way and with it comes our Annual Fundraiser Banquet.  This event is very vital to our operation for the upcoming camp season and we are excited to have you be a part of it! 

We are always glad to see many of you whom we haven’t seen all winter and to be able to catch up with you.  It is also our chance to share with you the many things that have happened since we saw you last. 

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 4^th, 2020 and will again be at the Nipawin Alliance Church. We will be having a full course roast beef supper and Lonnie Sims will be auctioning off our desserts again.  The evening will also include a Silent Auction. This being said, we need individuals who are willing to donate both dessert items and/or items for the Silent Auction.

If you can donate an item for the silent auction, please contact Bruce @ 306.240.6401.

We are looking for people to help set up the silent auction tables, the banquet hall (table, chairs, etc), serve the food, and clean up of the kitchen, hall and church afterwards.

Please let us know if you are able to help with any of these things.
